Volleyball Ranked No. 29 in Final Poll

AMES, Iowa ? The Iowa State volleyball team was ranked No. 29 in the final CSTV/AVCA Division I Coaches Poll, released Wednesday by the American Volleyball Coaches Association.

The Cyclones, who finished the season 21-11 overall and 12-8 in the Big 12, received 24 votes in the final poll. In all, six Big 12 school's finished the season in the top-30, including national champion Nebraska.

Iowa State capped its best season in over a decade with the school's second NCAA Championship appearance. The Cyclones swept Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the first round before falling to Wisconsin, which is ranked 11th in the polls.
