AMES, Iowa ? How does football, fun with friends and fantastic food sound to you? If that is an appealing offer, the Iowa State University Athletics Department in cooperation with Applebee's has a deal that you won't want to miss.
It's called the “Applebee's Mini-Pack” promotion and for only $99 each, Iowa State football fans can receive ...
“Given the recent challenges many Iowans have faced as result of the rising price of gasoline and food as well as the devastation caused by the tornados and floods, we thought this was a great way to provide an inexpensive opportunity for fans to attend several Cyclone football games and have a night out at Applebee's,” Director of Athletics Jamie Pollard said. “It's a very affordable price point, includes a bonus gift certificate and offers flexibility for fans to choose the games they want to see. That's tough to beat.”
The Nebraska game is always one of the most-coveted tickets for Cyclone fans, so it was packaged with one non-conference game and one Big 12 game. Other than tickets in the Cornhuskers' visiting team allotment, the “Applebee's Mini-Pack” is the only way for fans to get a reserved seat for that contest.
The $99 price for the “Applebee's Mini-Pack” is more than a $90 savings from the normal price for tickets and also includes a $20 Applebee's gift card.
Online sales for the mini-pack promotion at cyclones.com can be accessed by clicking here. Fans, who want to take advantage of the promotion, may also call (515-294-1816 or 1-888-478-2925) or visit the Athletics Ticket Office (Jacobson Athletic Building).
“Applebee's is a tremendous supporter of our athletics department and, in fact, hosts our Cydlines Show (weekly coaches' radio shows),” Pollard said. “Their participation in this promotion makes the package a whole lot more attractive and reinforces a wonderful partnership with our department. This is an attractive opportunity for any ISU fans who have been waiting to make their ticket purchases for the fall.”
