? Iowa State travels to Manhattan, Kan., for a Saturday match against Kansas State. The Cyclones are looking to win their fourth in a row against the Wildcats.
? ISU is in search of its 22nd win of the season, which would tie for the most in a season by a Christy Johnson-Lynch coached team. Johnson-Lynch is also looking for her 100th career win, which would make her the quickest coach in school history to win 100 matches. Johnson-Lynch is coaching in her 157th match. It took Vicki Mealer, the only other coach with 100 career wins, 187 matches to reach the milestone.
? ISU is ranked No. 8 in this week's poll, its 12th-straight week in the top-25 and third-straight week in the top-10.
? ISU is off to the best start, overall (21-4) and in Big 12 play (13-3), in school history. The 13 Big 12 wins is a school record and ISU is just three wins shy of tying the school's NCAA record for wins in a season.
? The Cyclones have won 20 matches for the third time under Johnson-Lynch, who is in her fifth year as head coach. ISU has won 20 matches nine different times since 1982.
? On Wednesday, Iowa State won in College Station, Texas for just the second time in 14 tries, taking a 3-0 sweep of the Aggies.
? The Cyclones hit .253 and held the Aggies to a .157 hitting percentage, well below their season average.
? Victoria Henson led the Cyclones with 15 kills and Rachel Hockaday was in double-digits for the fifth-straight match with 12 kills. Ashley Mass had a match-high 20 digs.

? Kaylee Manns has moved into fourth on the Big 12's all-time list for assists. The senior has 5,368 assists and is 451 assists shy of third place (Michelle Moriarty, UT).
? Manns leads all active Big 12 players with 63 career double-doubles.
