Pomlee Dismissed From Team

AMES, Iowa- Iowa State redshirt freshman L.A. Pomlee has been dismissed from the team for multiple violations of team rules, ISU head men's basketball coach Greg McDermott announced today.
“We appreciate L.A.'s contributions to the program over the last year,” McDermott said. “My staff and I will continue to support him in any way possible and wish him nothing but the best in the future.”
Pomlee, a native of Davenport, Iowa, sat out last season as a redshirt. Pomlee played a total of 32 minutes in eight games this year, averaging 0.9 points and 1.1 rebounds.
