Iowa State Athletics Reaching Record Heights

AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State Athletics Department's popular equipment sale, featuring Cyclone shoes and practice gear, will be held from noon to 3 p.m. on Aug. 22 on the west concourse of Jack Trice Stadium. The sale is being held in conjunction with annual sports kick-off celebration, Cyclone Fan Fest. Cyclone Club and Letterwinners Club members showing their 2010 membership card will receive early access to the sale beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Those attending the equipment sale are encouraged to stay for the Fan Fest held from 1-3 p.m. in the Bergstrom Athletics Training Facility. Fan Fest features Cyclone student-athletes and coaches, inflatable attractions, temporary tattoos and numerous hands-on activities. Food and beverages, along with Iowa State merchandise, will also be available for purchase. Fan Fest is sponsored by KCCI-TV and 100.3 "The Bus."
