- Iowa State has been hot from the free-throw line as of late...the Cyclones have made 85.4 percent of their foul shots (88-103 FT) in their last six games.
- The Cyclones lead the Big 12 in free-throw percentage in league games only at 83.6 percent (97-116 FT).
- The Cyclones dropped their fourth straight game on Saturday vs. Oklahoma, 82-76 in overtime...in five of Iowa State's eight losses, the Cyclones have had the lead or been tied with under one minute remaining in regulation.
- Jake Anderson and Melvin Ejim each recorded a double-double vs. Oklahoma...both are tied for the team lead in double-doubles with four.
- ISU is one of six teams in the nation with five players scoring in double figures.

- Iowa State lost yet another close game on Saturday, falling to Oklahoma, 82-76 in overtime.
- The Cyclones held a six-point lead at 67-61 with 3:35 left in regulation, but failed to score the rest of the way.
- Steve Pledger, who poured in a career-high 38 points, made a 3-pointer to tie the game at 67-67 with :35 seconds left in regulation...ISU had two chances to win, but could not convert.
- Pledger then made two-straight 3-pointers in overtime to help OU come out with the win.
- Iowa State fell down by as many as 15 points in the first half before battling back.
- It was the fifth time this season where Iowa State lost a game where it had the lead or was tied with under a minute remaining.
- Melvin Ejim came off the bench to record his fourth double-double of the season with 19 points and 12 boards, which matches a career high on the glass.

- Diante Garrett had 18 points in the loss, moving up to 21st on Iowa State's all-time scoring list (1,203), passing Dedric Willoughby.
- Garrett, who made a pair of 3-pointers to give him 78 in his career to rank 18th all-time, started his 86th consecutive game on Saturday...he is now tied with Jake Sullivan (86 starts) in fourth place for the most consecutive starts in school history.
- Scott Christopherson scored 14 points and logged a career-high 44 minutes vs. Oklahoma...Christopherson made a 3-pointer in the game, his 24th-straight game with at least one 3-pointer made.
- His consecutive game streak with a made 3-pointer is the second-best streak in school history behind Mike Taylor, who made a trey in 27-straight games in 2006-07.
- Iowa State made 19-of-23 shots from the free-throw line (82.6 percent)...in Big 12 games only, the Cyclones lead the conference in free-throw percentage at 83.6 percent.

- The Buffs were led by Alec Burks, who had 20 points.
- Burks, a sophomore, is one of the best players in the Big 12, ranking second in the conference in scoring at 19.8 ppg.
- Burks has scored 20 or more points 13 times, including a career-high 36 points vs. Missouri in the conference opener.
- Senior Cory Higgins is capping off a fabulous career at CU by averaging 16.2 points and leading the team with 57 assists.
- Higgins is shooting 89.5 percent from the free-throw line to rank second in the Big 12.
- Levi Knutson is one of the best shooters in the league, making 50 percent (44-88 3FG) of his shots from downtown to rank first in the league.
- The Buffaloes rank third in the Big 12 and 13th nationally in scoring at 81.0 ppg.
