- Senior Jamie Vanderbeken sprained his left ankle in the Kansas game and has missed the last two games (Texas A&M; Missouri)...he is listed as questionable for the Texas game.
- If Vanderbeken is unable to go, ISU will have just seven scholarship players available.
- Iowa State broke the school record for 3-pointers made in a season vs. Missouri on Saturday...Iowa State has 239 treys on the year, surpassing the old mark of 236 set in the 2008-09 season...ISU leads the Big 12 and ranks 12th nationally in 3FG per game (8.9).
- Diante Garrett, who leads the Big 12 in assists at 6.1 apg, is one of only two players in the nation to average 17.0 points and 6.0 assists (Nate Wolters, South Dakota State).

- Calvin Godfrey posted the first double-double of his career, tallying a career-high 13 points and 10 boards.
- Melvin Ejim added 11 points and seven boards in the loss.
