Bolte Named AP Honorable Mention All-American

AMES, Iowa - Iowa State senior Kelsey Bolte has been recognized as an Honorable Mention All-American by the Associated Press. She is the seventh player in school history to receive the honor from the Associated Press.
Bolte, a guard from Ida Grove, Iowa, averaged 16.9 points per game and ranked among the nation's leaders in a number of categories, including free-throw percentage (10th, 88.8), three-point field-goal percentage (15th, 42.1), three-point field goals per game (35th, 2.7) and points per game (63rd).
Bolte, a unanimous first-team All-Big 12 selection, led Iowa State to a 22-11 record and a fifth-straight NCAA Tournament appearance.
