Italy Trip Less Than A Week Away For The Cyclones

AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State men's basketball team met the media today before practice to discuss the details of its 10-day trip to Italy. The Cyclones will leave Ames on Aug. 9 and return home on Aug. 19, embarking on their first foreign trip since 2004.
The schedule of games isn't finalized yet, but the Cyclones will likely play 3-4 games vs. Italian club teams. Iowa State will have overnight stays in Milan, Florence and Rome with plenty of sightseeing on the schedule.
The NCAA allows schools participating in off-season foreign tours 10 days of practice leading up to the trip. Click the play button on the photo above for interviews from today's practice.
