Volleyball Freshman Orientation: Taylor Goetz

AMES, Iowa - Over the next three weeks cyclones.com will introduce fans to the freshmen of the Iowa State volleyball team, providing some insight to a newcomer's view of Iowa State and Cyclone volleyball.
This week, Taylor Goetz (5-6, S/DS) is in the spotlight. A 2010 Des Moines Register Elite Team member, Goetz earned time against IUPUI earlier this season, collecting the first dig of her collegiate career. The Ankney native earned First Team All-State honors as a high school senior and was named a Prepvolleyball.com Defensive Dandy. Goetz was a high school state champion with the Ankeny Hawkettes in 2008 and 2009.
