AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State volleyball team continues Big 12 play Wednesday with a match at Oklahoma. First serve at McCasland Field House will be at 6 p.m., and on ESPNU.

Cyclone Headlines
- The Iowa State volleyball team begins Big 12 road play Wednesday with a 6 p.m. match at Oklahoma. The match at McCasland Field House between the Cyclones and Sooners is being televised on ESPNU.
- The Cyclones kicked off Big 12 play on Saturday with a sweep of Texas Tech. ISU hit .293 as a team while restricting the Red Raiders to a .132 team hitting percentage.
- The ISU offense was led by Jess Schaben, as the true freshman recorded 12 kills at a .393 hitting percentage. Schaben leads Iowa State and ranks sixth in the Big 12 with her 3.36 kills per set, which she has earned at a .284 hitting percentage. for her efforts, Schaben was named the Big 12 Rookie of the Week.
- In Iowa State's victory over Appalachian State, Schaben had one of the best matches by a freshman in Iowa State history. Schaben broke the ISU record for kills by a freshman in a match with 28, collecting those at a .397 hitting percentage. For her efforts, Schaben was named to the Cavalier Classic All-Tournament Team, and Big 12 Rookie of the Week.
- Ciara Capezio also contributed with 11 kills in the win over TTU. Capezio ranks second on the Cyclones in kills at 3.00 kps and is second in digs at 2.68 per set. She has five double-doubles in 2015 and 20 in her career.
- Cyclone libero Caitlin Nolan chipped in with 12 digs in the win. Nolan now has 30-straight matches with at least 10 digs and 60 matches in double figures for her career.
- Nolan, a 2014 AVCA Third Team All-American and the defending Big 12 Libero of the Year, leads the Big 12 and ranks sixth in the country with her 5.60 digs per set. Three of the six highest dig totals posted in the Big 12 this season have been recorded by Nolan.
- ISU has also received strong production from its middle blockers, as Samara West ranks third on the team with 2.35 kills per set at a .418 hitting percenttage which ranks third in the Big 12. Alexis Conaway has been good as well, recording her 1.71 kills per set at .379.
