AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State football team held an open practice watch for Iowa State students on a beautiful night in Jack Trice Stadium this evening.
Head football coach
Matt Campbell talked to the attendees about the importance of having student support at football games. Students also received a tour of the facilities, won prizes, participated in contests and met with Campbell and his team.
“You are the reason Iowa State is different than other places,” Campbell told the large group of students. “Your support is amazing and we are really humbled and excited you are here. I promise you this. We are going to make Jack Trice Stadium one of the most feared places to play because of what you bring on gameday.”
