AMES, Iowa – NFL training camps are underway, and a number of former Cyclone standouts on the gridiron are battling for roster spots.
A total of 13 Cyclones are on current NFL rosters as training camps begin.
Kelechi Osemele, who was a starter on the Baltimore Ravens' 2013 Super Bowl champion team, made a big splash in the offseason when he signed with the Oakland Raiders in one of the most lucrative contracts for an offensive lineman.
Osemele's cousin and former Cyclone Oni Omoile is also on the Raiders roster. Omoile, Quenton Bundrage (Houston Texans) and Jamison Lalk (Buffalo Bills) enter their first season in a NFL training camp after successful senior seasons with the Cyclones in 2015.
