• Two of Iowa State's four losses have come at the hands of the last two unbeatens (Baylor and Gonzaga) by a total of four points in neutral and road games...the Cyclones also fell in overtime to No. 22 Cincinnati by one point and on the road at rival Iowa.

• ISU held a six-point lead with five minutes left on the road at No. 2 Baylor, but the Cyclones were unable to fend off a late rally and Manu Lecomte's baseline jumper with 8.6 left proved to be the difference as Baylor stayed unbeaten.
• ISU was led by Mitrou-Long's 17 points as the senior led the Cyclones in scoring for the second consecutive game...Morris (12) and Burton (11) were the only other Cyclones in double figures.
