• ISU owns a 10-4 overall record and sits at 2-1 in Big 12 play heading into Wednesday's game...the Cyclones are 0-2 on the road this season and looking to snap a six game road losing streak that dates back to last season...average margin of defeat in that stretch is 7.5 points.
• Two of Iowa State's four losses have come at the hands of the last two unbeatens (Baylor and Gonzaga) by a total of four points in neutral and road games...the Cyclones also fell in overtime to No. 22 Cincinnati by one point and on the road at rival Iowa...nobody has played the Bulldogs and Bears closer than the Cyclones this season.

• Burton (27) and Morris (22) led the way for the Cyclones...the duo was a combined 20-of-32 from the field and 6-of-11 behind the arc in the win...Morris matched a career high with 10 rebounds to go along with six assists.
• Morris made his 100th consecutive start, the third-longest streak in school history.
