• ISU ranks among the nation's top-20 teams in steals per game (8.5)...Monté Morris has 24 steals the last 11 game and Deonte Burton has 30...the Cyclones have 10 steals in 11 games, the most by an ISU team since the 2005-06 team had 10+ takeaways in 17 games.

• ISU has won the last three meetings after beating the Wildcats70-65 on Jan. 24...Thomas led the Cyclones with 25 points, including 20 in the first half...he was 7-for-10 behind the arc...the Cyclones raced out to a 43-26 lead at the break and were able to fend off a furious K-State rally that saw the lead evaporate as the Wildcats went up one with less than five minutes left...Morris helped the Cyclones go on an 8-1 run, scoring six points as ISU pulled away.
• In the last two meetings against KSU, Thomas has averaged 22.5 points and shot 12-for-18 from behind the arc.

Last Time Out - Cyclones Cruise To 80-64 Win Against Oklahoma
• Iowa State committed a season-low four turnovers and had five players in double figures on its way to an 80-64 win against Oklahoma Saturday at Hilton Coliseum...the win gave ISU a season sweep of Oklahoma for the first time since the 2011-12 season.
• Mitrou-Long led the Cyclones with 23 points, hitting 5-of-11 3-pointers...Thomas connected on 4-of-5 from long range and had 13 points...Morris had another strong game all around, finishing with 13 points, nine assists, six rebounds, three steals and no turnovers...Burton (11) and Jackson (10) were also in double figures in the win.
• Iowa State hit 12-of-26 from behind the arc...the 11th game this season making double-digit three-pointers.
• With his three steals, Morris passed former teammate Fred Hoiberg for third in ISU history with 208.
