Wilkerson, Alexander Invited To College Gridiron Showcase

AMES, Iowa – Iowa State defensive back Reggie Wilkerson and linebacker Mackenro Alexander will participate in the 2018 College Gridiron Showcase All-Star Game, Jan. 6-10 in Addison, Texas.
The CGS began in 2015 as an all-star game for standout seniors in all college divisions. Players will meet on Jan. 6 for workouts in front of professional scouts culminated with an all-star game on Jan. 10.
Wilkerson was fantastic in his lone season as a Cyclone in 2017. A native of Ocala, Fla., Wilkerson started 12 games for the Cyclones, registering 80 tackles and one interception. He was second on the team in double-digit tackle games with three.
A native of Immokalee, Fla., Alexander was a valuable member of the Cyclones' success in 2017, registering 24 tackles in 10 games played.
Since 2015, 273 CGS participants have had an opportunity to extend their careers through the NFL draft, free agency, rookies camp invitations and tryouts.
