AMES, Iowa – Dennis Gibson is one of the greatest linebackers in Iowa State history. His toughness and tenacity allowed him to earn multiple All-Big Eight accolades and over 300 tackles in his ISU career.
The Ankeny, Iowa native continued his success at the next level, playing nine years in the NFL (1987-95) where he started in 120 of 121 career games played.
Gibson, who will be back in Ames in September for his induction into the Iowa State Athletics Hall of Fame, joined us in our latest CyCast to talk about his Hall-of-Fame career.
