Set One: Oregon State 27 Iowa State 25
Quick side-outs meant that Oregon State, trying out a 6-2 offense for the first time all weekend, used up its subs quickly, forcing OSU back into a 5-1. Iowa State was able to take advantage, going on a 7-2 run to make a one-point deficit a four-point lead at 21-17. ISU reached set point at 24-19, but OSU went on a 6-0 run to bring up their own set point. ISU fought off the first, but Jess Schaben's shot was denied by Maddy Gravley and Daniela Vargas to give the Beavers the first set at 27-25.
Set Two: Oregon State 25 Iowa State 19
Iowa State got out to an 8-2 lead, but it was short lived as OSU got back ahead at 12-11 on a Montana Gubrud ace. The Cyclones got back ahead at 13-12, but the Beavers went on a 3-0 run to get ahead for good at 15-13. The Beavers held ISU to a .133 hitting percentage while recording a pair of service aces. Oregon State made it 2-0 when Haylie Bennett went over the ISU block for a kill to make it 25-19.
Set Three: Iowa State 26 Oregon State 24
ISU got another good start to a set, with an early 4-0 run giving the home team a 6-2 lead, and a 3-0 run capped by a Lazard ace making it 13-8. Once again, the Beavers battled back to tie the set at 17-17 on back-to-back Maddie Sheehan aces. OSU got ahead at 20-19 on a Makenna Browne service ace, but ISU bounced back to get to set point first via a Holthaus kill. OSU fought off the first, but ISU put it away on the second asking when Maddie Goings' shot was rejected by Hannah Bailey and Avery Rhodes at 26-24.
Set Four: Iowa State 25 Oregon State 18
A 4-0 run off the bat gave ISU the early edge they would not give back. The Beavers did well to keep the Cyclones within arm's reach, but Iowa State was finally able to pull away with a 5-0 run on the Izzy Enna serve to move ahead 20-14. The Cyclones, who hit .353 on the set led by six Schaben kills, forced a fifth set on Eleanor Holthaus' 13th kill of the evening at 25-18.
Set Five: Oregon State 16 Iowa State 14
The Cyclones found themselves in an early hole as OSU raced out to a 4-1 lead. ISU knotted it back up at 4-4 on a Piper Mauck and Lazard block, but the Beavers had the lead as the sides switched on a Lazard service error. ISU won the first three points after the changeover to get ahead 10-8, but OSU got three of their own to get ahead 11-10. ISU was back ahead 12-11 on a Rhodes and Candelaria Herrera block, but OSU got to match point first at 14-12.
