Cyclones Begin 2018 Season

AMES, Iowa – The 2018 football season has arrived. The 2017 Big 12 Coach of the Year Matt Campbell started year three of his Iowa State tenure with the beginning of fall camp this morning.
For the third year in a row, Campbell held a pair of split-squad practices on the opening day for better instructional opportunities. Fall camp will conclude on Aug. 19 and ISU's season-opener is Sept. 1 vs. South Dakota State at MidAmerican Energy Field at Jack Trice Stadium.
