• Iowa State fell for just the second time this season after trailing at the half...the Cyclones led 42-37 at the break but were overcome due to a 14-0 run by the Jayhawks midway through the second half...the Cyclones tied it with just over 2:00 minutes remaining on a Jacobson 3-pointer, but KU closed on an 11-7 run to salvage the season split.
• Shayok scored 26 points to lead the Cyclones, while Dedric Lawson had a game-high 29 points to go with 15 boards for KU...Shayok scored 50 points in two meetings with Kansas this season...Horton-Tucker reached double figures with 16 points and Jacobson had his fourth double-double this season with 12 points and 11 rebounds, while also tying a career high with three steals.
• The Cyclones shot 53.1 percent from the field in the opening half but struggled to 33.3 percent shooting in the second half...ISU, the Big 12's top free-throw shooting team, hit just 10-of-17 free throws.
• ISU hit 12 three-pointers, falling for the first time in eight games when making at least 10 three-pointers...Horton-Tucker was 4-for-8.

IOWA STATE-MISSISSIPPI SERIES NOTES
• Iowa State and Mississippi are meeting for just the second time, with ISU winning 73-68 in Laie, Hawaii on Dec. 23, 2000...Jake Sullivan led the Cyclones with 18 points in that meeting as ISU shot 55.6 percent as a team...Rahim Lockhart led the Rebels with 15 points.
• Steve Prohm and Kermit Davis met twice when they were at Murray State and Middle Tennessee, respectively...they split the matchups.
• Wigginton was a teammate of Mississippi's Devontae Shuler at Oak Hill Academy...Ole Miss junior center Dominik Olejniczak started his career at Drake, but he never faced the Cyclones.
