GOLF, Ill. – The Iowa State women's golf team placed 10th at the stacked field for the Windy City Collegiate.
The Cyclones fired a final-round 296 for an 881 total in a field featuring nine teams ranked in the Golfweek top-25.
Freshman Liyana Durisic, in just her third event as a Cyclone, tallied career lows for 18 holes (69) and 54 holes (217). She led the Cyclones by tying for 19th.
Taglao Jeeravivitaporn (219) and Amelia Grohn (218) put together solid outings and finished in the top-30.
Ruby Chou fired a final-round 67, the lowest score by a Cyclone on the season.
The fall season wraps up at the Stanford Intercollegiate, Oct 11-13.
