WORTH NOTING
1. Iowa State is having a historically strong offensive season...it leads the Big 12 in scoring (78.5), field goal percentage (48.0) and free throw percentage (73.5), while also ranking second in 3-point field goal percentage (36.8)...no team has led the Big 12 in three of the four categories since Missouri in 2011-12.
2. An Iowa State win would give ISU 20 wins for the seventh time in the last eight seasons and would make this Cyclone team the fourth-fastest to reach 20 wins in school history.
3. Steve Prohm is looking to become the seventh ISU head coach to reach 80 wins at the school...it would also give him 20 wins in seven of his first eight seasons as a head coach.
4. Iowa State is 7-0 this season when Lindell Wigginton scores 14 or more points...the Cyclones are 11-3 when Talen Horton-Tucker reaches double figures.

LAST TIME OUT: CYCLONES GET BEAT ON BOARDS; FALL TO BAYLOR
• Iowa State was outrebounded 44-28 and it proved to be the difference in a 73-69 loss to Baylor Tuesday evening at Hilton Coliseum...BU held an 18-12 edge in second-chance points...ISU made just 2-of-12 field goals in the final 7:00.
• The Cyclones, who matched a season low with five turnovers, were paced by 20 points from Shayok and 10 from Wigginton.
• Of the Bears 44 rebounds, 18 of them came on the offensive glass...Baylor was also the first Cyclone opponent to make 10 threes since Illinois did so at the Maui Jim Maui Invitational on Nov. 20.

IOWA STATE-TCU SERIES NOTES
• Iowa State and TCU are meeting for the 21st time...ISU leads the series 11-9, with the series tied 4-4 in games played in Fort Worth.
• ISU has dropped the last two games in Fort Worth, falling 96-73 last season.
• In this season's first game, TCU blitzed the Cyclones with a 22-2 first half run and shot 63.3 percent from the field in the second half to win 92-83 at Hilton Coliseum...Shayok led the Cyclones with 24 points, including 18 in the second half, and Jacobson was 8-for-10 from the floor en route to 16 points.
