Dear Cyclone Fans,
Welcome to the 50th anniversary season of Iowa State Athletics in Hilton Coliseum! We are thrilled to have our loyal fans back at Hilton to cheer on our Cyclone teams this winter.Â
As you continue to plan your Cyclone game day routines, please keep these items in mind ahead of all Hilton events for the foreseeable future:
- All arena doors will open to the public 60 minutes prior to the event's start time.
- Fans may bring one 20 oz. unopened or empty bottle of water per person into the arena.
- Unfortunately, it has been a challenge for our athletics program to hire game day staff for several key positions. Because we are short-staffed, especially in the food service area, we will be unable to open every concession stand and the stands we do open will have limited menu offerings.
- We hope our staffing challenges will improve sooner than later. We will reopen all the concession stands and provide a complete menu of food and beverage products once we are able to fully staff our food service operations.
- We also ask for your patience and understanding with other game day workers (parking lot attendants, ticket takers, ushers, etc.), as many of these individuals will be new staff and/or staffing areas they have not previously worked. Your patience and cooperation as we work through these challenges will go a long way toward making events at Hilton Coliseum more enjoyable for everyone.
