AMES, Iowa - No. 12 Iowa State will be looking to open Big 12 play with three-straight victories for the first time since 2013-14 on Saturday against TCU at Hilton Coliseum. The Cyclones are coming off an impressive 81-71 win at No. 23 Oklahoma on Wednesday night, with the visitors locking down one of the highest-scoring offenses in the country.

KEY STORYLINES
-ISU's win in Norman on Wednesday was led by yet another robust performance from point guard Emily Ryan. The sophomore poured in a career-high 22 points in the victory.
-Prior to the high-scoring effort against the Sooners, Ryan had gained attention for her distribution, tying ISU's school record with 16 assists against West Virginia (Jan. 2, 2022) and dishing out 15 dimes against Prairie View A&M (Dec. 19, 2021).
-Ryan leads the country in assists per game at 7.6 and is 11th in assist to turnover ratio (2.94). Earlier this season, she tied ISU's single-game school record for steals in a game with nine (vs. Omaha, Nov. 9, 2021).
-Ashley Joens recorded her fifth double-double in six games with 17 points and 13 rebounds against OU.
-Joens, the 2021 Cheryl Miller Award winner, leads Iowa State with 20.4 points per game and 9.9 rebounds per contest. She is one of five players nationally who is averaging at least 20.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game.
-Iowa State is one of the best 3-point shooting teams in the country, ranking second in the nation with 160 made 3-pointers and 11.4 treys per game.
-Against Prairie View A&M on Dec. 19, ISU tied its school record with 19 made 3-pointers (also on Jan. 10, 2021 at Texas Tech). The 3-point barrage was led by six each from Lexi Donarski and Aubrey Joens.
LAST TIME OUT
-No. 12 Iowa State picked up an 81-71 win at No. 23 Oklahoma Wednesday night in Norman. ISU dug out of an 8-0 hole to begin the game and secured its first win over a ranked OU team at the Lloyd Noble Center since 2014.
-Emily Ryan continued her outstanding run of performances, posting a career-high 22 points on 9-of-14 shooting. She also dished out eight assists and grabbed four rebounds.
-Ashley Joens got her fifth double-double in six games, recording 17 points and 13 rebounds.
-Beatriz Jordão came off the bench to set a new season-best with 15 points on 7-of-13 shooting. She also chipped in on the glass with seven rebounds.
-Morgan Kane marked her return to the starting lineup with 10 points on 5-of-6 shooting. She also grabbed six rebounds.
-Oklahoma, who came into the game ranked second nationally in scoring offense, was held to a season-low of 71 points.
