Winter Conditions Advisement

Cyclone Fans:

Due to unusually cold and snowy conditions this week, the following items are brought to your attention regarding conditions in Jack Trice Stadium:

Temperatures are expected to be much colder than normal on Saturday, with a temperature at kickoff near 17°F and a wind chill of 4°F. Wind chill temperatures will fall near or below 0°F by the end of the game. Please dress warm and exercise caution in these extreme cold conditions.
Stadium staff have focused on clearing pedestrian walkways throughout the week; however due to persistent below-freezing temperatures there will be patchy ice and snow in several areas throughout the stadium, parking lots, and sidewalks. Exercise caution.
The heavy, wet snow on Monday and subsequent temperatures left a layer of ice and snow on many of seats within the stadium.
- Tomorrow, fans are allowed to bring seats, cushions and blankets into the stadium for their seating comfort.
For those that need to warm up, the Jacobson Building atrium is open to the public. There is access to the Jacobson Building off of the north concourse of the stadium.
