FOUR THINGS
1 – Iowa State's 88-85 win at UNI on Wednesday was the first time under head coach Bill Fennelly, and only the fifth time in program history, the Cyclones have won a road game when allowing 85 or more points.
7 – Iowa State is at No. 7 in this week's AP Top 25. It marks the fifth different season and 22nd week overall in program history that the Cyclones have been in the top-7, all coming under head coach Bill Fennelly.
13 – Iowa State has been in the top-five in attendance nationally for the last 13 recorded seasons (2020-21 attendance not recorded due to Covid-19). ISU ranked second in the country with 9,567 fans per game last season.
865 – The Cyclones have made at least one 3-point field goal in an NCAA-record 865 consecutive games, a streak which encapsulates the entirety of the Bill Fennelly Era at Iowa State.
SOAR(ES)-ING TO NEW HEIGHTS
Stephanie Soares continues to show that she will make an impact at the NCAA Division I level after her latest performance at UNI on Wednesday. The two-time NAIA National Player of the Year finished with 23 points on 9-of-11 shooting (including 3-for-3 on 3-pointers) and six rebounds in just 26 minutes of action.

ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER RECORD
Ashley Joens already owns her fair share of career records at Iowa State, but the fifth-year senior added another one to her collection on Wednesday night as Joens took over the career field goals made record, surpassing Angie Welle's (1999-02) total of 791. Joens enters Sunday's contest on 795 career field goals.
