KEY STORYLINES
- The Cyclones have already snapped losing streaks of 18-straight games overall, eight home games, 25 games against power conference opponents, 28 games away from Hilton Coliseum, 25 games in true road contests, 24 games to Big 12 opponents, 19 games to nationally ranked opponents and 24 conference road games.
- Izaiah Brockington continues to play like one of the elite guards nationally ... he was named to the Jerry West Award Top 10 ... the Philadelphia native is having a career year in scoring, rebounding and FG shooting ... Brockington has a Big 12-best seven double-doubles.
- Brockington has been named a Big 12 Player or Newcomer of the Week three times this season ... he is the only Big 12 player ranked among the league's top four in scoring and rebounding ... Brockington is fourth in the league in scoring and second in rebounding ... the last Cyclone to finish in the top two of the league in rebounding was Dustin Hogue (8.4) in 2013-14.
- Brockington scored 27 points on 11-of-17 shooting against K-State.

LAST TIME OUT
- Iowa State led by 12 at the half and as many as 15 in the second half but fell to K-State, 75-69 in overtime ... Brockington scored 27 points (11-17) and had seven boards ... Aljaz Kunc made his first start as a Cyclone and finished with 19 points, including the first eight points of the game ... Kunc had his second game with five 3-pointers, making 5-of-9 from long range ... George Conditt had what might have been his best overall game as a Cyclone, finishing with seven points, seven rebounds, a career-high seven assists, two blocks and a steal ... - ISU and TCU are meeting for the 27th time overall and 21st time since the Frogs joined the Big 12 Conference in 2012-13 ... TCU leads the series 14-12.
- TCU took the first meeting this season, 59-44, at Hilton Coliseum ... the Cyclones shot just 30.9 percent from the field ... Izaiah Brockington had 19 points and 12 rebounds in the game, making 8-of-14 field goals.
- George Conditt's career high of 19 points came in ISU's overtime loss at TCU during the 2019-20 season.
- Brockington scored 20 points against TCU as a freshman at St. Bonaventure during the 2017-18 season ... he hit a career-high four threes in the game.
