Volleyball Begins Spring Slate vs. Omaha Friday

AMES, Iowa – Iowa State volleyball plays its first match of the spring on Friday when the Cyclones take on Omaha at Atlantic High School at 7 p.m. Admission to the match is free.
There will be no live stats for the match, live video will be provided by Atlantic High School, here.
The Cyclones will be playing the match in memory of former manager Nathan Vert. A manager for the team from 2007-09 and graduate of Atlantic High School, Vert passed away unexpectedly this past December.
Iowa State returns 12 letterwinners from lasts season's squad that made it to the NCAA Volleyball Championships. All-Big 12 First Team right side Eleanor Holthaus leads ISU, electing to take her waiver season to return in 2022. Friday will also be the first opportunity for fans to see true freshman middle blocker Kelsey Perry, who enrolled in January to get a head start on work in the fall.
