Cyclones Conclude Spring Season With Open Practice

GILBERT, Iowa – The Iowa State football team concluded its spring practice season with an open practice at Gilbert High School Friday evening.
Following the practice, head coach Matt Campbell, linebacker O'Rien Vance and safety Anthony Johnson Jr. met with the media to talk about the spring.
Vance is back for his sixth season, while Johnson returns for his fifth season.
Vance battled injuries but played in 10 games last season, making 36 tackles. Johnson makes the move to safety after starting 41-straight games at cornerback.
