Cardinal and Gold Scrimmage Slated for Saturday

AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State volleyball preps for the 2022 season with the annual Cardinal and Gold Scrimmage this Saturday beginning at 11 a.m. at Hilton Coliseum.
Admission to the scrimmage is free and there will be no reserved seating. Fans can enter Hilton through the South and lower West doors. Live video and live stats will not be available at the match.
With regular season two weeks away, the scrimmage offers the chance to see 14 returnees along with six newcomers for the first time in action as they end their first week of practice.
Next week, Iowa State hosts Mizzou in an exhibition match on Friday, August 19 at 6 p.m. The Cyclones regular season begins on August 26 with a trip to the Rumble in the Rockies tournament where ISU will meet Creighton, Wyoming and Wichita State throughout the weekend.
