Cyclones In the NFL: Week 7

Kene Nwangwu played in his first game for the Vikings after an injury rendered him unable to play the first six weeks of the season. Nwangwu had two kick returns for 41 yards in the Vikings' win. Nwangwu will look to regain the form that saw him voted into the AP All-Pro second team in the 2022 season.

The 49ers looked to bounce back from their week six loss to the Browns in Minnesota but were unable to overcome the Vikings, losing 22-17 on Monday Night Football. Brock Purdy had a 70 percent completion percentage while throwing for 272 yards and one touchdown. In addition, Purdy added 19 yards in the running game. After week seven, Purdy continues to be in the top 10 of NFL quarterbacks in passing yards, yards per game and QBR. Purdy is also the only quarterback in the NFL to throw more than 10 touchdowns with only three interceptions across all seven starts this season.

David Montgomery was inactive in week seven due to a rib injury he suffered in the Lions' week six win. He was missed as the Lions suffered a 38-6 loss against the Ravens in Baltimore.

Charlie Kolar recorded no stats in the Ravens' 38-6 win over the Lions.
