Iowa State travels to Las Vegas to compete at the South Point Shootout. The Cyclones enter the weekend's contests against Vanderbilt and Syracuse following a 78-60 victory against Southern in Hilton Coliseum Monday night.

2 – Two Iowa State freshmen have field goal percentages in the top 20 among NCAA Division I players. Audi Crooks (12th) and Addy Brown (18th) also rank 1-2 to lead the nation's freshmen in the category.
13 – Iowa State welcomed the No. 13 signing class of 2023 with 2023-24 freshmen Addy Brown (No. 31 in the ESPNw/Hoop Gurlz Class of 2023 rankings), Jalynn Bristow (No. 47), Audi Crooks (No. 57), Arianna Jackson and Kelsey Joens. All five additions ranked in the Jr. All-Star Girls Basketball Top 100.
22 – Iowa State ended a 22-year drought without a Big 12 trophy in March when the Cyclones claimed the 2023 Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Championship trophy. It was the fourth Big 12 trophy of the Fennelly tenure, with ISU claiming a share of the regular season trophy in 2000 and tournament championships in 2000 and 2001.
897 – The Cyclones have made at least one 3-point field goal in an NCAA-record 897 consecutive games, a streak which encapsulates the entirety of the Bill Fennelly Era at Iowa State.
REIGNING FROM THREE
Hannah Belanger leads the ISU effort from deep, canning nine triples through three games and connecting on 45 percent of her attempts from deep. Iowa State is currently top 25 in NCAA Division I for 3-pointers per game (9.3) and third in the Big 12.
SHARE AND SCORE
On Monday's contest against Southern, the Cyclones tallied a season-best 25 assists, the first time reaching the mark since last season's game against Columbia (Nov. 20, 2022). Iowa State's 16 assists in the first half Monday were the most in a half this season. Addy Brown, the team leader with 14 assists on the season, led the effort Monday night with six dimes.
