Women's Hoops to Embark on Foreign Tour in August

AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State women's basketball team will travel to Italy and Greece for an 11-day trip in August. The Cyclones are set play three games while in Europe.

Iowa State's tour will feature stops in Rome, Naples and Sorrento in Italy and Athens in Greece from August 7-17. Fans can follow the defending Big 12 Champions through Europe on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Cyclones.com. Dates, times and opponents for each of the three games are still to be determined.

Iowa State is embarking on its fourth overseas summer trip after traveling to Costa Rica in 2018, to Italy in 2014 and to Denmark, Norway and Sweden in 1999.
