Tyrese Haliburton averaged a double-double across three contests while Georges Niang just missed out on his first double-double of the season against Washington.
Tyrese Haliburton - #0, Indiana Pacers (22-15)
The Pacers got a bit of a scare this week, as Tyrese went down with an injury against the Celtics and had to be carried off the floor by teammates. He was later diagnosed with a Grade 1 left hamstring strain and will be out for a week or two before he is re-evaluated.Â
In his abbreviated week, Haliburton still managed to average a double-double, tossing 18 assists against Atlanta to kick things off – his third-highest in a single game this season.
The second round of the NBA All-Star game fan votes was released on Thursday, showing that Tyrese is still the top voted Eastern Conference guard. In fact, Tyrese is the second-highest voted guard in the NBA – just behind Luka Doncic.
The Pacers just finished 3-1 week, closing out a five-game homestand and now hits the road for a six-game stretch on the road.
Tyrese didn't let the injury get him down though, as he was tuned in Tuesday night to see Iowa State topple No. 2 Houston.
