AMES, Iowa – Four members of the Iowa State tennis team will be traveling to Des Moines this weekend to compete in the Bulldog Classic, hosted by Drake.
Sophomore Valeska San Martin Ramirez and freshmen Suzanie Pretorius, Julia Camblor and Gabriela Felix will be the four to represent the Cyclones. Felix will be making her collegiate debut.
The tournament will begin Friday, Nov. 1, and run through Sunday Nov. 3.
Last Time Out
The Cyclones are coming off a trip to Memphis, Tennessee where they competed in the ITA Central Regional and posted an impressive 17-7 singles record. Anna Supapitch Kuearum advanced to the quarterfinals of the tournament while three other Cyclones made the round of 32.
