Breece Hall – vs. Miami Dolphins – 12 carries, 57 yds, 3 rec., 15 yds, 1 TD

Breece Hall found the endzone in his final game of the season as the Jets came away with a 32-20 win over the Dolphins. Hall tallied 12 carries for 57 yards on the ground and had three catches for 15 yards and a touchdown through the air.

On the season, Hall totaled 209 carries for 876 yards and five touchdowns in the run game, while he added 57 receptions for 483 yards and three scores in the pass game.

Jake Hummel had a career-high eight tackles in the Rams' 30-25 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday. Hummel finished the season with 17 tackles and a blocked punt.

Allen Lazard – vs. Miami Dolphins – 3 rec., 71 yds, 1 TD

Allen Lazard had three receptions for 71 yards and a touchdown in the Jets' victory over the Dolphins on Sunday. Lazard finished the year with 37 catches for 530 yards and six touchdowns.

Anthony Johnson Jr. recorded a career-best three tackles in the Giants' 20-13 loss to the Eagles. Johnson had five total tackles on the season.

T.J. Tampa had two tackles in the Ravens' 35-10 victory over the Browns on Saturday. Tampa finished the regular season with four tackles.

Will McDonald IV – vs. Miami Dolphins – 2 tackles, 0.5 sacks, 1 TFL

Will McDonald IV recorded two tackles, half a sack and one tackle for loss in the Jets' win. McDonald compiled 28 total tackles, 10.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in his second season.

Xavier Hutchinson – vs. Tennessee Titans – 1 rec., 5 yds

Xavier Hutchinson caught one pass for five yards in the Texans' 23-14 win over the Titans. Hutchinson concluded the regular season with 12 receptions for 117 yards.

Charlie Kolar – vs. Cleveland Browns

Charlie Kolar was activated from IR but did not record a stat in the Ravens' victory this week. Kolar wrapped up the season by hauling in nine catches for 131 yards and a touchdown.

Brock Purdy – vs. Arizona Cardinals

Brock Purdy did not play in the 49ers' final game with an elbow injury. Purdy finished the season with 3,864 yards passing, 20 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

David Montgomery – vs. Minnesota Vikings

David Montgomery missed the last few weeks of the season with a knee injury but hopes to return for the playoffs. Before the injury, Montgomery had a career season, totaling 775 yards and 12 touchdowns on 185 carries.

Eyioma Uwazurike – vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Eyioma Uwazurike was inactive in the Broncos' playoff-clinching victory over the Chiefs on Sunday. Uwazurike finished the regular season with 11 tackles and half a sack.
