Big 12 Announces Men’s Basketball Schedule

IRVING, Texas – The conference portion of the 2025-26 Iowa State men's basketball schedule has been released by the Big 12. Tipoff times and TV designations will be announced at a later time.

The Big 12 returns to an 18-game schedule this season after playing 20 conference games last year. Iowa State will open the league schedule Jan. 2 against West Virginia at Hilton Coliseum. It will be the only Big 12 Conference game on opening night of the league slate.

Iowa State hits the road for three of its next four games, including the first road game of the league slate at Baylor on Jan. 7. Iowa State returns home to face Oklahoma State on Jan. 10. The Cyclones travel to Allen Fieldhouse for the first time in two years on Jan. 13 to play the Kansas Jayhawks before closing the week at Cincinnati on Jan. 17.

The Cyclones host UCF on Jan. 20 before a road game in Stillwater, Okla. Jan. 24 against Oklahoma State. The first month of the league season closes Jan. 29 at Hilton Coliseum against Colorado.

Iowa State opens February on Sunday, Feb. 1 at Kansas State. Following a mid-week bye, the Cyclones host Baylor on Saturday, Feb. 7. Iowa State travels to TCU on Tuesday, Feb. 10. The Cyclones will have a big stretch at Hilton Coliseum, as Kansas comes to down on Feb. 14 before the Cyclones host Houston on ESPN's Big Monday on Feb. 16.

The Cyclones will head West for three of their next four games, including a two-game swing to Utah. ISU will play BYU on Saturday, Feb. 21 before playing against Utah on Tuesday, Feb. 24. It will the first time the Cyclones have ever played at Utah. The Cyclones return home on Feb. 28 against Texas Tech before another Big Monday at Arizona on March 2. The regular season concludes on March 7, as the Cyclones host Arizona State for Senior Day.

The Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship will be held at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Mo. from March 10-14.
