AMES, Iowa – The Big 12 Conference named 82 Iowa State student-athletes to the Fall Academic All-Big 12 team. Iowa State's 82 selections ties for the second-most in the league.
The honorees represent men's (3) and women's cross country (9), football (47), soccer (14) and volleyball (9). A total of 14 student-athletes earned a perfect 4.0 GPA over the semester.
Team members consist of those who have maintained a 3.20. Eligible student-athletes also have participated in at least 20 percent of their team's scheduled contests. Freshmen are not eligible.
