Crossed the finish line 107th of 185 runners with a time of 22:58.75 at the 6K Midwest Regional ... clocked a time of 24:02 at the Big 12 Championships and finished 72nd of 93 ... was the second Cyclone across the line at the ISU Open 5K, clocking a time of 20:11.25 and finishing eighth of 54 ... finished 38th of 237 athletes with a time of 23:50.5 at the Tori Neubauer Women's 6K.

2003:

Clocked the 6,000-meter NCAA Midwest Regional meet in 24:06 for 113th place ... at the NCAA Pre-National meet, finished 159th with a 6,000-meter time of 23:04.60, a personal best ... took 21st with a 4,000-meter effort of 15:07.05 at the ISU Memorial meet ... at the Roy Griak Invitational, took 217th of 254 runners with a time of 24:02 in the 6,000-meter race ... in the 5,000-meter run at the ISU Open, took 11th place with a time of 20:05 ... recorded a season-high finish of 6th place at the Bulldog Classic, clocking the 4,000-meter course in 17:05.

Before ISU:

Member of the 1998-01 track state championship team at Atlantic High School..clocked personal bests of 5:01 in the 1,500 meters and 2:21 in the 800 meters...finished seventh in the 1,500 meters in 2000 at the Iowa State track meet...in 2002, ran on the fifth-place 4x800-meter relay and was seventh in the 1,500-meter run...finished 14th in the 2001 class 2A state cross country meet...recorded a team finish of third at the 2001 state cross country meet.
