AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State State Athletics Department announced today that it will offer its Cyclones.tv Mediacom TV channel to its online subscribers.
This means the TV channel can now be accessed anywhere in the world with a Cyclones.tv subscription and a broadband internet connection.
Subscribers will be able to watch "Live TV" by clicking the tab in the media player. For those who have purchased our apps (new for the 2014-15 season) for iPad, iPhone and Android, there is now a "Live TV" option in the app menu.
Live TV will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year in the same fashion that the Mediacom TV channel has since it debuted in August 2013.
Iowa State is only the third institution nationally (Texas and BYU) with a fully dedicated television channel for its athletics teams.
