HOW DO I ACCESS MY TICKETS?
- Click here from your phone. You must use your ISU email address (nterry@iastate.edu) in the account ID/email address field and your ISU Student ID number in the password field.
Note: If your ID starts with "0" enter the ID starting with the first number after "0".
- Once logged in you will see the next game you have a ticket for. Click "view" if this is the game you would like to access your ticket for. Your mobile ticket will appear on the next screen.Â
If you would like to view a game that is in the future please select "all events" at the top of the screen and then proceed to choose the event of your choice.
- Cell phone reception can be limited on game day. We strongly recommend for those using an; iPhone to select the "Add to Apple Wallet" icon at the bottom of the mobile ticket or take a "Screen Shot" of your mobile ticket. For Android and Windows mobile users take a "Screen Shot" of your mobile ticket. This will provide you the quickest access to your mobile tickets and will be available if your smartphone is offline.
Open your ticket on your phone via Apple Wallet or via your Screen Shot and show to the ticket taker to have it scanned for admission.
IMPORTANT: Once you view your ticket on a mobile device, print or forward your ticket, your ISUCard can no longer be used for admission

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
You may present your ISUCard at the entrance, however, the magstripe on the backside of your card will wear-out. We stongly encourage you to use the mobile ticket option. To forward and reprint tickets, follow this link.
STUDENT ENTRY
- Your student ticket provides you the opportunity to attend the game provided you are one of the first 2,500 students that arrives for the game. It does not guarantee you admittance to the game.
- All student season ticket holders will be required to follow the entry policy listed below.
- Please plan to arrive and enter Hilton Coliseum with the individuals you wish to sit with. In order to maximize seating for your fellow students, Athletics Event Staff will not allow seats to be held.
- Student seating is general admission in sections: 101, 102, 121-123 & 220-224... the earlier you arrive to the game the better your seat!
Student season tickets will only be accepted at the doors on the north side of Hilton Coliseum. Doors are scheduled to open 90 minutes prior to tip-off.***Also, please remember to keep signs appropriate and respectful of coaches, student-athletes and officials. Any sign deemed inappropriate will be confiscated. Additionally, all signs must be free of any pole or stick.***

BAG POLICY
- All bags and purses entering Hilton Coliseum are subject to search. If you elect not to consent to being searched, you will be denied entry.

- Prohibited items include: outside food and drink (with the exception of one unopened or empty water bottle), firearms and other weapons, umbrellas, backpacks, strollers, coolers, duffel bags, artificial noisemakers, camera lenses longer than the palm/fingers of your hand, video cameras, selfie sticks. As a general rule, please leave unnecessary items at home.

- Bags larger than 10x10 (including backpacks) are prohibited and guests should return those items to their cars. Note: backpacks used for medical reasons/as diaper bags are permitted in the facility but are still subject to search.
- Blankets are not allowed inside the facility.

We will not be storing bags inside our facility for safety reasons. Bags may not be left at the doors and will be confiscated, removed, and discarded immediately.
Remember... new this year all students get a FREE Cy's Pass!
Your Cy's Pass is already loaded onto your "My Cyclone Student Athletics Account" and provides FREE admission and general seating to:
- Volleyball
- Women's Basketball
- Wrestling
- Gymnastics
CAMPINGÂ POLICY
Camping is not a requirement to attend a men's basketball game. Students who choose to camp and/or line up early at Hilton Coliseum agree to abide by the following policies and procedures:

Items/Activities not permitted on Hilton Coliseum Grounds

- Possession of alcohol or illegal drugs
- Weapons
- Open flames
- Heaters or generators
- Using electricity from university buildings
- Animals (excluding service animals)

Parking
|
- Vehicles parked in donor lots (D3-D5, C1-C5 and B1) must be moved to public parking lots ("A" or "S" lots) by 8 AM on gameday
- Vehicles left in donor lots after this time, without proper permit, are subject to tow.

Camping & Equipment Use
|
- Camping equipment (tents, tables, folding chairs) must be taken down and removed from Hilton Coliseum grounds no later than 5 hours before tipoff.
- Athletics Department and Iowa State University is not responsible for any items left behind.
- Any items left behind will be disposed
- Blankets and backpacks/bags larger than 10"x10" are not allowed inside Hilton Coliseum. Please see Bag Policy below.

General Policies & Procedures
|
- Entry points to Hilton Coliseum must remain clear at all times. Athletics Department staff reserves the right to relocate tents, chairs or other items in an effort to keep walkways open to pedestrians.
- Please be respectful of the students around you and other fans attending the game. Put trash in the appropriate trash containers on site.
- Anyone arriving to the line within 4 hours prior to tipoff will be sent to the back of the line.
- Anyone tampering with the Athletics Department barricades will be removed and sent to the back of the line.
