Outdoor: Competed at four meets for Iowa State … finished ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Big 12 Championships in a season-best 10:45.95 … finished second in the steeplechase at the Musco Twilight and Jim Duncan Invitational … took second in the 3,000-meter run at the Tulsa Duels.

Indoor: Did not compete.

XC: Finished 4th at the season-opening Hawkeye Early Bird Invitational in a time of 10:21 to help Iowa State win the meet ... was ISU's third finisher at the Oz Memorial Run, placing 6th in 22:26 ... was 111th at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational with a time of 21:07 ... just missed All-Big 12 honors at the 2015 Big 12 Championship, placing 18th with a time of 21:32 ... was the Cyclones' third finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional, taking 18th in 20:53 ... clocked a 21:26 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships to finish 186th.

Outdoor: Saw competition in three races over the outdoor slate … posted a time of 17:33.72 in the Drake Relays 5,000m … took the win at the Musco Invitational 3000m steeplechase, crossing the line in 11:02.35 … posted a time of 11:41.81 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships.

Indoor: Only raced at the Bill Bergan Invitational, posting a time of 10:02.62 in the 3000m and setting a PR in the event.

Cross Country: Ran a time of 14:27.21 at the Iowa Black and Gold Invite ... ran a 22:23 6K at the Roy Griak Invitational ... finished the Wisconsin adidas Invitational 6K race in 21:20 ... Competed at the Big 12 Championships, finishing 17th in 21:14 ... Competed at the NCAA Championships, finishing the 6K race in 22:04.
