In cross country, of 153 athletes, crossed the line 56th at the Midwest Regional, clocking 32:03 in the 10K ... at the Big 12 Championships, was ISU's second man across the line, clocking 25:56.20 and finishing 44th (of 95) in 8,000 meters ... ran a time of 25:12 in the 8K to finish third among 369 runners at the Midwest Collegiate ... was the first Cyclone to cross the finish line and ninth overall at the Jim Drews' 8K with a time of 24:57.2 ... finished first of 46 in the ISU 6K with a time of 19:04.79.

2003:
Member of the first-team academic all-Big 12 squad ... was ISU's top finisher in five of six meets ... finished 30th among 155 runners in NCAA Regional competition, clocking the 10K race in 32:09 ... at the Big 12 Championships, finished 28th of 91 runners with an 8K time of 25:48.60 ... clocked the 8,000-meter course in 26:28.50 at the NCAA Pre-National meet ... took third in the ISU Memorial with a time of 12:01.67, a 4,000-meter season best ... finished 49th among 255 Roy Griak Invitational competitors (25:11) ... won the Bulldog Classic 4K in 12:46 ... took fourth of 98 competitors as an unattached runner in the ISU Open.
