Nicole Vuncanon is in her first season as the Iowa State football program’s director of on-campus recruiting.

Vuncanon has extensive recruiting experience with her most recent stop at Washington State for the 2025 season where she served in the same role.

Prior to her time in Pullman, Vuncanon worked at Holy Cross and her alma mater, New Hampshire.

The Huntington Beach, California native earned her bachelor's degree in communication studies from New Hampshire in 2024.
