Nick Graham, who served as a graduate assistant for the 2017-18 season, brought a wealth of player development experience, which included his training of a multitude of professional basketball players. At ISU, Graham assists the staff with video editing, scouting and player development.
In his lone season at ISU, the Cyclones earned three wins against top-25 foes, including an 18-point win against No. 8 Texas Tech, which marked the largest margin of victory against a top-10 foe in school history. The Cyclones also won the Puerto Rico Tip-Off at Myrtle Beach and three Cyclones earned All-Big 12 accolades.
Graham joined Iowa State after spending time as the director of scouting and player development at Skyline High School in addition to time spent working with Chauncey Billups Player Development in Denver, Colorado from March 2015 to January 2017.
The Washington State graduate has assisted in the development of former college player of the year Jimmer Fredette and NBA first-round pick Ty Lawson, among the more than 100 collegiate and professional players he’s trained.
Graham is the owner of A N’ A Basketball, which has developed and mentored hundreds of players. He spent the 2008-09 season as an assistant coach at Missouri Baptist University.
Graham graduated from Washington State with a bachelor of arts in sociology in 2003 where he was a point guard for the Cougars.
