2021-22

Outdoor: Competed at six meets for Iowa State … earned honorable mention All-America honors after finishing 21st in the 5,000-meter run at the NCAA Championships (13:50.03) … qualified for NCAA Championships by running a 5K personal best 13:34.79 to finish 12th at the NCAA West Preliminaries … also competed in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA West Prelims (DNF) … earned Big 12 Championships silver medal at 10,000-meters (29:22.99) and finished fourth in the 5,000m (14:11.44) at the conference championships … led off for Iowa State’s victorious 4x1,600m relay (16:23.05) at the Drake Relays … clocked a personal best 28:34.35 in the 10,000m run to finish 15th at the Stanford Invitational … also competed at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

Indoor: Exhausted eligibility … ran to personal bests while competing unattached in the mile (4:05.53), 3,000m (7:53.89) and 5,000m (13:44.30).

XC: Ran for Iowa State in all five meets, helping guide the Cyclones to a second place finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships … finished 47th, and as the Cyclones fifth man, at the NCAA Championships in 29:36.9 … earned USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region honors with 14th place finish at NCAA Cross Country Championships Midwest Regional … picked up All-Big 12 honors with 12th-place effort at Big 12 Championships … was the Cyclones’ fourth man across at the Griak Invitational, taking ninth overall … finished 29th at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing as the Cyclones’ fifth man across the line and helping secure the Cyclones the team title.

2020-21 (UT-Martin)
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for the Skyhawks … qualified for NCAA East Preliminaries in the 10,000m run, finishing 39th (30:51.20) … claimed Ohio Valley Conference title in 5,000m run (14:25.99), while earning silver in the 10,000m run (29:56.40) … clocked a personal-best and school record 29:19.55 in the 10,000m at the Drake Relays to finish third … posted outdoor PR and school record 14:07.44 in the 5,000m at the Flames Invitational … ran to PRs in the 800m (1:56.68) and 1,500m (3:49.94), finishing second in both events at the Joey Haines Invite … won the 10,000m run at the Early Bird Endurance Meet, posting a then-PR and school record 29:34.10.

Indoor: Did not compete.

XC: Ran in four meets for the Skyhawks … finished fourth at the Ohio Valley Conference Cross Country Championships, finishing in an 8K time of 26:51.3 … picked up a pair of event wins, claiming titles at the SEMO Redhawks XC Invite and the Golden Eagle Invitational … finished 16th at the FSU Winter XC Classic.

2019-20 (UT-Martin)
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to Covid-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Took part in five meets for the Skyhawks … finished fifth in the 5,000m (14:53.38) and seventh in the 3,000m (8:27.11) at the OVC Championships … picked up two event wins on the season, winning the 3,000m at the Don DeNoon Invite (8:35.53) and the 5,000m at the Wendy’s Pittsburg State Invitational (14:37.13) … ran to a personal best 8:16.13 in the 3,000m to take fifth at the Hoosier Hills … opened season by finishing second in mile at the John Craft Invitational (4:17.56).

XC: Did not compete.

2018-19 (UT-Martin)
Outdoor: Did not compete.

Indoor: Took part in four meets for UTM … placed fourth in the 5,000m run (14:48.93) and fifth in the 3,000m run (8:27.03) at the OVC Indoor Championships … ran to personal best 4:15.35 in the mile at the Don DeNoon Invitational, finishing third … took second in the 3,000m at the UAB Vulcan Invitational (8:26.30) … also ran the 3K at Hoosier Hills (seventh, 8:27.93).

XC: Competed in six meets for UT-Martin … earned USTFCCCA All-South Region honors with 14th place finish at NCAA Cross Country Championships South Regional … finished sixth at the OVC Championships … ran to victory at the Stegemoller Classic in a 7K time of 21:33.3 … finished fifth at the Brooks Memphis Twilight … also competed at the Louisville Classic and Pre-Nationals.

Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for UTM … finished fourth in the 5,000m run at the Ohio Valley Outdoor Championships (15:31.91) … picked up two wins at the Margaret Simmons Invitational, winning the 1,500m run (4:01.26) and being a member of the victorious 4x800m relay (8:16.88) … won his section of the 5,000m run at the Bryan Clay Invitational (14:35.83) … finished second in 5K at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (15:02.04) … also competed at the Ole Miss Classic, APSU Invitational and Memphis Tiger Invitational.

Indoor: Took part in three meets … scored for the Skyhawks with a fifth place finish in the 3,000m at the Ohio Valley Indoor Championships (8:29.69) … picked up a victory in the 3,000m run at the Don DeNoon Invitational (8:33.85) … took part in the 5,000m at the Samford Open (ninth, 15:36.52).
