Bumped from 174 to 197 pounds for his senior season … finished with an 8-9 record … registered two pins and a tech fall … defeated West Virginia’s Austin Cooley, 4-1, at the Big 12 Championship to avenge a loss from earlier in the year … went 2-2 with a pin and a tech fall at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational.
2022-23
Posted a 16-13 record, including 6-7 in duals, while holding the starting spot at 174 pounds … placed eighth at the Big 12 Championship … seven bonus-point wins (three major decisions, two tech falls, two pins) … pinned No. 33 Hayden Hastings in 22 seconds, the fastest fall by a Cyclone during the season … three wins against ranked wrestlers … claimed two open titles (Cyclone Open, Last Chance Open).
2021-22
Compiled a 13-5 overall record, while going 3-0 in duals ... Opened season with a fourth-place finish at the UNI Open ... Finished second at the David H. Lehman F&M Open ... Won final three matches of the season, as he finished third at the Last Chance Open ... Had a major decision, two technical falls and four falls.
2020-21
Went 6-7 during his redshirt freshman season… started all but one dual for the Cyclones at 174 pounds… 6-5 dual record… Iowa State’s 174-pound representative at the Big 12 Championship… two bonus-point wins on the year (one major decision, on fall) … recorded 11 takedowns in dual action… scored 43 total points in dual outings… defeated No. 9 Anthony Mantanona in the dual against Oklahoma.
2019-20
Redshirted his initial season at Iowa State… compiled a 21-5 record while competing unattached, wrestling in seven open tournaments… led the team in pins and bonus-point victories, racking up 13 falls and 14 total bonus-point wins on the year… made the finals in five of the seven tournaments he wrestled in, claiming three open titles (Grand View Open, UNI Open, Sioux City Dave Edmonds Open)… pinned his way to first place at the Grand View Open and UNI Open… competed at the Southern Scuffle where he reached the quarterfinals.

Was a multisport athlete at Davenport Assumption... named the Quad Cities Male Athlete of the Year in 2018-19... two-time Fargo All American... three-time Iowa High School State Champion... compiled two undefeated seasons... finished his high school career with a record of 175-14.
