Outdoor: Got Second Team All-America honors with 14th-place finish in 10,000-meter run (34:02.78) at the NCAA Championships … qualified for NCAAs with 12th-place finish in 10K (33:55.37) at NCAA West Preliminaries … ran to pair of Big 12 Championships silver medals in the 5,000m (16:23.51) and 10,000m (33:47.28), finishing behind teammate Cailie Logue in both races … clocked personal best 32:39.93 in 10K at Stanford Invitational … was member of fourth-place 4x1,600-meter relay (19:42.26) at the Drake Relays.

Indoor: Finished third in the 5,000-meter run (16:29.85) and fourth in the 3,000-meter run (9:35.97) at the Big 12 Championships … smashed her personal best in the 5,000-meter run with a 15:55.37 to finish seventh at the Iowa State Classic … notched her personal best in the 3,000m (9:26.48) at the Razorback Invitational … opened season with second-place finish in the 3,000m (9:29.66) at the Wieczorek Invite.

XC: Competed in five races for the Cyclones, finishing as ISU's third runner in all five events… posted a top-100 finish at the NCAA Championships, taking 90th place individually… earned All-Region honors with a 12th-place finish at the Regional meet… finished seventh at the Big 12 Championship to earn All-Big 12 honors… ran at the Bradley Invitational and Nuttycombe Invitational… earned first team Academic All-Big 12 honors.

Summer 2018
Represented Team USA at IAAF U20 World Championships in Tampere, Finland … clocked a personal best 9:21.95 in the 3,000m to finish 14th at the U20 Worlds … earned the bronze medal in the 5,000m (16:19.83) and finished fourth in the 3,000m (9:51.66) at the USATF Outdoor Junior National Championships.

2017-18
Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the 5,000m run, posting a personal best 16:10.63 in the process … earned bronze medal in 10,000m run (35:11.45) at Big 12 Outdoor Championships … finished third in her section of the 5,000m at the Stanford Invitational (16:22.88) and Cardinal Classic (16:14.19).

Indoor: Earned bronze medal in 5,000m run (16:43.64) and finished 13th in the 3,000m (9:40.39) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … clocked a then-personal best 9:29.03 in the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic … finished third in the 3K (9:30.50) at the Razorback Invitational … also competed at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational.

XC: One of Iowa State’s top contributors in 2017 … member of a freshman trio that was outstanding in their inaugural collegiate seasons … finished 160th individually with a time of 21:10.21 in Iowa State’s top-20 team performance at the NCAA Championships … earned All-Region honors at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships with an 11th-place (20:30) showing individually … picked up All-Big 12 honors behind an eighth-place finish at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 20:30 … finished in the top-90 at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing 89th individually (21:06) … helped Iowa State to a runner-up finish at the Roy Griak Invitational behind an individual finish of 18th in 22:09 … began her collegiate career with a seventh-place outing at the Hawkeye Invitational.
