ISU Looks to Defend Three-Game Home Winning Streak Against Colorado

AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State soccer team continues its six-game homestand Friday night when they play host to Colorado at the ISU Soccer Complex at 7 p.m. The Cyclones (3-5) have a three-game home winning streak dating back to their 2-0 win against Drake on Aug. 29.
The Cyclones are led by juniors Kristina Baumann and Amy Flores, who have 14 and 11 shots on goal, respectively and freshman Erin Witte leads ISU with two goals scored.
Colorado, the 2003 Big 12 regular season champion, comes into the game with a 6-1 overall record a five-game winning streak.
Iowa State will play host to Nebraska at 1 p.m., on Sunday at the ISU Soccer Complex.
